Innerhalb k\u00fcrzester Zeit konnten mit medikit die Prozesse in der An\u00e4sthesie- und Intensivstation optimiert werden. Die Ergebnisse einer Mitarbeiterbefragung geben Aufschluss \u00fcber die Zufriedenheit der Nutzung von medikit im Arbeitsalltag.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">medikit Einf\u00fchrung mit umfassender Schulung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Einf\u00fchrung von medikit in der An\u00e4sthesie und Intensivstation des LKH Feldkirch begann mit einer umfassenden Schulung vor Ort im November 2021. W\u00e4hrend dieser Schulung wurden konkrete Anwendungsf\u00e4lle erarbeitet. Beispielsweise wird mit Hilfe der App im Arbeitsalltag nun folgendes abgebildet:&nbsp; Kommunikation aller Informationen an Mitarbeiter:innen und Austausch untereinander, Verwaltung von Terminen, Bereitstellung von Dienstpl\u00e4nen sowie Personalsuche f\u00fcr Nachbesetzungen der Dienste, Kommunikation und Bereitstellung von SOPs und anderen wichtigen Dokumenten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Befragung zur medikit Nutzung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Jahr nach der Implementierung wurde eine Personalbefragung durchgef\u00fchrt. Diese soll die allgemeine Akzeptanz von medikit, Zufriedenheit mit der Bedienbarkeit und dem Kundensupport sowie die neue Arbeitsweise bewerten. Die Ergebnisse dieser Befragung sprechen f\u00fcr sich und verdeutlichen den enormen Mehrwert, den medikit bietet:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bedienerfreundlichkeit und Erlernbarkeit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Sowohl die Bedienerfreundlichkeit mit 8,35 als auch die Erlernbarkeit mit 9,09 von 10 Punkten erhielten eine sehr gute Bewertung. Darunter sind auch \u00e4ltere Mitarbeiter*innen die nach eigener Einsch\u00e4tzung nicht so IT-affin sind, wie der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrende Oberarzt, Dr. Matthias Hohlrieder, erl\u00e4utert.&nbsp;Auch Stationsleiter der Intensivpflege, Markus Schmidt, berichtet, dass die Einschulung neuer Mitarbeiter:innen f\u00fcr die individuellen medikit Anwendungsbereiche nur wenige Minuten dauert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Akzeptanz und Kundensupport<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Mitarbeiter:innen zeigten eine hohe Akzeptanz von medikit, was durch eine Bewertung von 8,7 von 10 Punkten verdeutlicht wird. Dr. Matthias Hohlrieder hebt den Kundensupport als einen absolut wichtigen Faktor hervor, der bei der Wahl von medikit im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern, wie zum Beispiel Microsoft Produkten, eine Rolle spielt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Arbeitserleichterung und transparenter Informationsfluss<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Arbeitserleichterung durch medikit erzielte eine Bewertung von 8,32 von 10 Punkten.&nbsp; Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt ist der transparente Informationsfluss, der von den Mitarbeiter:innen mit 8,46 von 10 Punkten bewertet wurde. Sowohl die Implementierung von digitalen Checklisten, zum Beispiel innerhalb des Schockraums, als auch die Abwicklung von kurzfristigen Dienstausf\u00e4llen \u00fcber medikit haben zu einer enormen Arbeitserleichterung im Team gef\u00fchrt.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standortunabh\u00e4ngige Verf\u00fcgbarkeit und Kombination von Wissen und Kommunikation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die standortunabh\u00e4ngige Verf\u00fcgbarkeit durch die medikit-App erzielte eine hohe Bewertung von 9,18 von 10 Punkten. Diese unterst\u00fctzt die effektive Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit in einem gro\u00dfen Team mit unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeiten, vielen Teilzeitkr\u00e4ften und zeitlich kaum M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr pers\u00f6nliche Updates. Insbesondere in einer Abteilung wie der An\u00e4sthesie mit vielen sehr schnelllebigen Informationen. Die Kombination von Wissen, in Form von SOPs im Handbuch, und effektive Kommunikation \u00fcber eine zentrale Plattform wurde mit einer Bewertung von 8,71 von 10 Punkten ebenso positiv hervorgehoben. Dies weckt bei den Mitarbeiter:innen das Bed\u00fcrfnis medikit regelm\u00e4\u00dfig zu nutzen, und schafft eine h\u00f6here Motivation als ein herk\u00f6mmliches Intranet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fazit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Auswertung der Personalbefragung spricht eine eindeutige Sprache: Die Abteilungen An\u00e4sthesie und Intensivstation des LKH Feldkirch bewerten medikit \u00e4u\u00dferst positiv. Die Ergebnisse best\u00e4tigen, dass sich die<strong> <\/strong>Einf\u00fchrung von medikit vor 2 Jahren als richtiger und wichtiger Schritt erwiesen hat.
