Der individuellen Situation bzw. der jeweiligen Lebensgeschichte entsprechend, soll den HB eine zufriedenstellende Lebensqualit\u00e4t in dieser Phase des Lebens erm\u00f6glicht werden. Die angebotene Pflege und Betreuung ist zielgerichtet und orientiert sich an den k\u00f6rperlichen und seelischen, sozialen und geistig-religi\u00f6sen Bed\u00fcrfnissen des alten Menschen. Au\u00dferdem war uns wichtig, eine Mitarbeiter App zu haben, die das Wir-Gef\u00fchl st\u00e4rkt. Mit dem Social Stream medikit Moments wird auch diesem Aspekt Rechnung getragen: Unsere Mitarbeiter:innen teilen dort mit gro\u00dfer Begeisterung besondere Momente mit dem ganzen Team.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sung<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kommunikation, Wissen und Social vereint mit medikit&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gesamte Mitarbeiterkommunikation in unseren beiden H\u00e4usern findet in medikit statt. In ihren Gruppen tauschen sich die Pfleger:innen \u00fcber Dienstliches aus, etwa den Tausch einer Schicht oder ihre Termine. Nach und nach bauen wir in medikit ein digitales Handbuch auf, in dem die Pfleger:innen alle Informationen finden, die sie f\u00fcr ihren Arbeitsalltag ben\u00f6tigen. Das erm\u00f6glicht unserem Personal, sich bereits vor Dienstbeginn wichtige Prozesse anzusehen und sich selbst fortzubilden, denn dieses Wissen ist nun ortsunabh\u00e4ngig zug\u00e4nglich. Zudem gibt es in unserem medikit eine Reihe von Formularen, beispielsweise zur \u00dcbermittlung des Ergebnisses der regelm\u00e4\u00dfig erfolgenden Corona-Testung oder f\u00fcr Bestellungen an unsere Haustechniker:innen. Die Heimleitung kommuniziert alle wichtigen Neuerungen, Verordnungen und Veranstaltungen \u00fcber die Mitarbeiter App an das ganze Team. Es ist nat\u00fcrlich gro\u00dfartig, dass medikit auch \u00fcber den PC zug\u00e4nglich ist, denn manche Mitarbeiter:innen verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber kein Smartphone. Diese k\u00f6nnen unsere Standcomputer nutzen, so profitieren alle von den Vorz\u00fcgen digitaler Kommunikation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Strukturierte Implementierung in Kleingruppen&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunds\u00e4tzlich kann ich feststellen, dass es in der Einf\u00fchrungsphase keine nennenswerten H\u00fcrden f\u00fcr uns gab. Zun\u00e4chst galt es nat\u00fcrlich, das Personal damit vertraut zu machen, dass zuk\u00fcnftig eine Mitarbeiter App f\u00fcr die interne Kommunikation im Einsatz sein w\u00fcrde: Der Austausch in nicht datenschutzkonformen Messenger-Diensten war von da an Geschichte. Um in der Implementierung strukturierter vorzugehen und niemanden zu \u00fcberfordern, brachten wir das System der Belegschaft Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt in Kleingruppen n\u00e4her, bis wir es schlie\u00dflich am Ende alle nutzten. Nat\u00fcrlich werden medizinische Pflegedaten weiterhin nur in unserem Pflegedokumentationssystem und nicht in medikit gespeichert.
