Neben dem grundlegenden Praxiskonzept, Finanzierung und \u00dcbernahmevertr\u00e4ge stehen bei einer Existenzgr\u00fcndung als Zahnmedizinerin die bedeutenden Themen Personal, Strukturierung und Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement im Vordergrund. Dr. von der Gracht war entschlossen, alle damit einhergehenden Herausforderungen m\u00f6glichst perfekt zu meistern und ihre moderne Vision der eigenen Praxis umzusetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum einen galt es, das Team aus \u00fcbernommenen Mitarbeiter:innen und neuen Kolleg:innen aufzubauen und mit neuem Prozesse einzuarbeiten \u2013 einschlie\u00dflich den Praxisgr\u00fcnder. Das Team ist dann auch in kurzer Zeit deutlich auf die von der neuen Chefin gew\u00fcnschten Gr\u00f6\u00dfe von 15 Mitarbeiter:innen gewachsen, einige davon in Teilzeit \u2013 eine zus\u00e4tzliche Herausforderung in Hinblick auf Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Qualit\u00e4tsmanagementsystem sollte wie die Behandlungsprozesse ebenfalls komplett neu aufgesetzt und den neuesten Anforderungen gerecht werden. Dabei wurde schnell klar, dass die Bestimmungen f\u00fcr Zahn\u00e4rzte in diesem Bereich einen solchen Umfang angenommen haben, dass Qualit\u00e4tsmanagement im Praxisalltag nur erfolgreich sein kann, wenn es gelingt, alle Mitarbeiter aktiv, effizient und nachhaltig in den Prozess einzubinden. Durch einem Vortrag eines Kollegen wurde sie auf medikit aufmerksam.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u00f6sung<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">medikit in der Vorer\u00f6ffnungs-Phase<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>medikit hat sich rasch als optimales Werkzeug f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung des Betriebs und dann als Kommunikations- und Wissensplattform f\u00fcr das Ganze Team herausgestellt. W\u00e4hrend der Vorbereitungsphase von 2 Monaten, in der noch keine Behandlungen stattfanden, wurden dann unter \u201cLaborbedingungen\u201d alle grundlegenden Artikel mit exakten Vorgaben in Bereichen wie Behandlung, Hygiene oder Materialien im digitalen Handbuch von medikit erstellt. Im gleichen Arbeitsschritt wurde auch definiert, welche Gruppen die entsprechenden Artikel zu lesen haben. medikit stellt dann durch die automatische Lesebest\u00e4tigung sicher, dass die Betroffenen auch die f\u00fcr ihre Arbeit wichtigen Information erhalten haben. Diejenigen, die mit Facebook &amp; Co aufgewachsen waren, gingen kommentarlos in eine selbstverst\u00e4ndliche Nutzung \u00fcber, da die Bedienung im Gegensatz zu herk\u00f6mmlicher Software der intuitiven Logik erfolgreicher Social Media Plattformen folgt. Und auch die weniger Web-affinen Kolleg:innen \u00fcberraschten mit reger Teilnahme und durchwegs positivem Feedback zur einfachen Bedienung und v.a. N\u00fctzlichkeit f\u00fcr jeden Einzelnen. Die in der Aufbauphase beteiligten Kolleg:innen hatten dar\u00fcber hinaus auch noch Freude dabei, die Neuzug\u00e4nge im Netzwerk mit hilfreichen Tipps zur Nutzung zu unterst\u00fctzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Resultat<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Praxiser\u00f6ffnung: S\u00e4mtliche Prozesse laufen automatisch&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die gewissenhafte Strukturierung aus der Vorbereitungsphase war ausgesprochen hilfreich und zahlt sich aus. S\u00e4mtliche Prozesse laufen durch die im medikit einmalig verankerten Automatismen wie digitale Checklisten und Wiederholungen nahezu reibungslos. Die Beteiligten werden immer rechtzeitig und zuverl\u00e4ssig auf ihre Aufgaben und f\u00fcr sie relevante Neuerungen hingewiesen. Besonders positiv f\u00e4llt auch die Solidit\u00e4t der im medikit abgewickelten Prozesse auf: Allt\u00e4gliche und unvermeidbare Widrigkeiten wie beispielsweise kurzfristige Ausf\u00e4lle l\u00f6sen keine zu erwartenden Prozessfehler und damit Qualit\u00e4tseinbu\u00dfen und Unruhe aus, sondern es werden durch entsprechend eingestellte Eskalationsmechanismen daf\u00fcr definierten Kollegen bei Bedarf ebenfalls automatisch zu Hilfe gerufen. Hier wird auch deutlich, wie perfekt diese Struktur in der T\u00fcbinger Praxis umgesetzt werden konnte: Der zus\u00e4tzliche Kommunikationsaufwand, z.B. direkte Nachrichten oder Kommentare, ist im Vergleich mit Praxen, die medikit im laufenden Betrieb initiiert haben, auffallend gering \u2013 ein Indikator daf\u00fcr, dass medikit ein ausgesprochen leistungsf\u00e4higes Werkzeug f\u00fcr QM und Kommunikation in Praxen darstellt und am besten m\u00f6glichst fr\u00fch angepackt wird.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Team von Dr. von der Gracht spart sich auch einige Arbeitsschritte im QM und damit Zeit: Die Dokumentation s\u00e4mtlicher T\u00e4tigkeiten passiert in der T\u00fcbinger Praxis zum Beispiel ganz nebenbei.
