The used referenceID is already used. For new imports via POST use a unique referenceID, please.

Please check via GET /setup/requests if “hasActions”:”true” and “referenceID”:”false”. Currently it’s only possible to send actions when a referenceID is given. Therefore update via PUT /setup/requests referenceID:true and add a referenceID in your next test.
